Kate has written for the screen for Parti Productions in London and Rickard Pictures and Heroes and Villains Entertainment in Los Angeles, and Cavalier Films in New York. In June 2014 she directed LAZARUS, a short film she wrote about a teenager in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn, starring Craig muMs Grant (HBO's Oz, SLAM), Isaiah Mueller, and Marsha Stephanie Blake (Orange is the New Black, HBO's Girls, Broadway's Merchant of Venice with Al Pacino). Kate teaches screenwriting at the Einhorn School of the Performing Arts in Manhattan.
